Different conveying methods: Pipeline chain conveyors can be combined in multiple directions such as horizontal, vertical, and inclined, breaking through the previous two-dimensional conveying mode and achieving a new three-dimensional conveying mode. Spiral conveyor is a rotary conveying method that can only be selected horizontally or vertically. 3. The difference in conveying materials: Pipeline chain conveyors are suitable for conveying various materials such as bulk materials, powders, and particles. Spiral conveyors are suitable for horizontal or inclined conveying of powders, particles, and small pieces of material, and are not suitable for conveying materials that are prone to deterioration, high viscosity, or clumping. 4. Differences in conveying efficiency: The conveying distance of pipeline chain conveyors is several times longer than that of screw conveyors. Spiral conveyor has good conveying efficiency, suitable continuous conveying speed, and is suitable for transporting large amounts of materials. Energy consumption difference: Pipeline chain conveyors have lower energy consumption. Moreover, the unit power consumption of the screw conveyor is relatively high. 6. Difference in maintenance convenience: The pipeline chain conveyor is equipped with two types of cleaning equipment, which can be used for cleaning during the material conveying process, so that the material does not stick to the conveying equipment, reducing the difficulty of equipment cleaning. However, screw conveyors are prone to material breakage, uneven feeding, and blockage during the conveying process.
