Detailed Introduction
If the dust collector gas bag is designed according to the pressure window standard and there is sufficient large cellar base, it is a compressed gas stabilizing gas tank. When there is another stabilizing tank in front of the gas bag, a stabilizing tank should be installed near the gas bag to prevent the compressed gas from losing pressure through the slender pipeline during transportation.
Each air bag has an automatic (i.e. two position two-way solenoid valve) or manual oil-water drain valve at the bottom, which regularly discharges impurities from the container.
The capacity of the dust removal air bag is sufficient to meet the blowing volume. After pulse blowing, it is recommended that the pressure drop inside the airbag does not exceed 30% of the original storage pressure.
During the day, choose a dust collector with a larger diameter in the air intake pipe to meet the air replenishment speed. A large capacity airbag can be designed with multiple intake pipes.
For atmospheric gas bags, multiple gas bags can be connected through a 76mm diameter pipeline to form a gas storage circuit.
After the dust collector air bag is processed and produced, the internal welding slag is continuously sprayed and cleaned with compressed gas, and then valves are installed. When testing the pulse valve in the workshop, especially when a submerged valve with a diameter of 76mm is used, the pressure of the compressed air in the air bag and the flow rate of the supplementary air should be taken into account, otherwise the pulse valve will not be able to open or leak.
After on-site installation, it was found that there was a leakage at the outlet of the pulse valve of the single dust collector. In other words, due to impurities in the air, rust accumulates on the small film and the valve cannot be closed, so it is necessary to remove the small film for cleaning.
When designing a circular or square cross-section airbag, quality requirements should be considered.
The submerged electromagnetic pulse valve should be installed on the upper or side of the Anran airbag to prevent oil and water in the Anran airbag from blowing into the dust filter bag through the pulse valve. Submerged pulse valves shall not be installed under the Anran airbag.
The air bag of the dust collector, as the blowing device of the bag filter, is one of the core accessories.
