Mobile pulse filter cartridge dust collector

Industrial mobile pulse filter cartridge dust collector, also known as a single-unit dust collector, is mainly used for on-site purification of dust in workshops, welding fumes, and grinding smoke. 

I. Core Structure and Function 

Control and cleaning system 

Top control box: Equipped with start-stop button, operation indicator light and emergency stop switch, enabling automatic/manual control of pulse dust removal. 

Central pulse air bag and solenoid valve: By using compressed air for instantaneous blowing, it removes dust from the surface of the filter cartridge, ensuring stable filtration efficiency. 

2. Filtration and Collection Unit 

The internal part uses a folding filter cartridge as the core filtering element, and its dust collection rate for particles larger than 0.3 μm can reach 90%. 

Bottom dust collection drawer / dust bin: Collects the fallen dust for easy regular cleaning. 

Bottom swivel casters: Enable flexible movement to the dust-producing workstations (such as the grinding table, laser cutting machine area). 

3. Application Scenarios 

Laser cutting, grinding and polishing, woodworking processing, etc. all involve situations that generate dust / smoke. 

Suitable for local dust removal in low air volume and scattered workstations, it replaces the traditional bag-type dust collectors and is more compact.
