Pulse bag filter is suitable for industrial industries such as metallurgy, building materials, cement, chemical, power, mining, machinery manufacturing, and food processing. It can handle dust with different temperatures, humidities, and characteristics, covering complex working conditions such as high-temperature flue gas, corrosive dust, and high humidity environments.
1、 Core applicable industries and scenarios
1. Metallurgical industry
Ironmaking/steelmaking: Processing high temperature (≤ 280 ℃) and highly corrosive flue gas generated by converters and blast furnaces.
Casting process: Remove dust containing sand particles and metal oxides, and equip with wear-resistant (based on actual reports) filter media.
Nonferrous metal smelting: processing the smoke and dust generated during the smelting process.
2. Building materials and cement industry
Cement production: Control fine particulate dust (
Ceramic/glass manufacturing: Use anti-static (based on actual reports) filter media to treat silicate dust.
