1. It is recommended to apply sealing strips or packing, glass glue at the flange where the upper box of the pulse bag dust collector is connected to the ash hopper (ash bin) to prevent fine dust from escaping through the gaps.
2. It is better to fix the pulse bag dust collector to the ground with anchor bolts, and to lay a foundation or cement surface on the ground. The protective placement should be flat and not tilted.
3. Ladders and guardrails are generally welded to the box body. During installation, sparks are protected from running into the box body. If unsure, the dust removal bag should be pulled out. After the ladder and guardrail are installed, the bag should be installed to prevent sparks from entering the box body and burning the bag.
4. Before starting up the pulse bag filter, it is necessary to ensure that the air pump is ventilated. After the fan and equipment are turned off, the air pump should be turned off.
5. The ash in the ash hopper (ash bin) should be cleaned regularly, and do not wait until it is full before cleaning to avoid affecting the effect.
6. The pressure for supplying gas to the equipment does not need to be too high. The working pressure of the pulse valve is 4 kilograms, and the air pump can be 0.6-0.9 cubic meters.
7. The inlet and outlet connections of pipelines and equipment should be tightly protected.
