We usually use it for screw conveyors, and sometimes the pulleys often deviate, which requires us to adjust them in a timely manner. Do you know how to adjust the pulleys of the screw conveyor?

1. The gap between the inner wall of the shell of the spiral conveyor and both sides of the spiral surface should be equal, with a tolerance of ± 2mm, and the difference between the bottom and the gap should be ± 2mm.

2. When the spiral diameter is the same as the spiral diameter, the gap between the end face of the suspension bearing and the inner surface of the connecting flange should not be less than 1.5mm. When the spiral diameter is between ф 300 and ф 600mm, the gap should not be less than 2mm.

3. During the no-load trial operation, if oil leakage is found in the bearing, the bearing should be disassembled and the tightness of the spring inside the sealing ring should be adjusted to prevent leakage.

4. The suspension bearing of the spiral conveyor should be installed at the midpoint of the connecting shaft, and the gap between its end face and the end faces of the two spiral pipes should be greater than 10mm (when ф 150~ф 400mm) and 20mm (when ф 500~ф 600), respectively.
