Share bucket elevator; Fault point? What are the steps for on-site handling?
The bucket elevator is used for vertical lifting of crushed block materials such as limestone, coal, gypsum, clinker, dry clay, as well as powdery materials such as raw materials, cement, and coal powder. The bucket elevator can be divided into three forms: centrifugal unloading, gravity unloading, and mixed unloading, depending on the different operating speeds of the hopper. Centrifugal discharge has a fast bucket speed and is suitable for conveying materials with low grinding properties, such as powders, particles, and small pieces; Gravity unloading has a slower bucket speed and is suitable for conveying materials with high specific gravity and high grindability, such as limestone, clinker, etc. The traction components of bucket elevator include ring chain, plate chain, tape, etc. The structure and manufacturing of the circular chain are relatively simple, and the connection with the hopper is also very firm. When conveying materials with high grinding properties, the chain wear is small, but its own weight is large. Plate chain structure, lightweight, suitable for elevators with high lifting capacity. However, hinged joints are prone to wear and tear, and the tape structure is simple, but it is not suitable for conveying materials with high wear and tear. The temperature of ordinary tape material is only 60 ℃, the temperature of steel rope tape material can reach 80 ℃, the temperature of heat-resistant tape material can reach 120 ℃, and the temperature of loop and plate chain materials can reach 250 ℃.
Phenomenon: 1. block
The tail rudder shell is covered with raw materials, causing the drive belt to deviate or fail to operate.
Reason:
1) Early feeding and late starting of the elevator;
Secondly, insufficient support force of the transmission belt leads to deviation and insufficient tension of the transmission belt;
3) Excessive feeding;
A block of raw material fell into the motor shaft, causing the silo to get stuck.
5) Too much material causing blockage.
Methods to avoid blockage of the hoist:
1) Strictly implement driving and parking procedures;
Adjust the tensioning equipment to increase the support force of the traction rope;
3) The feeding amount of the elevator is moderate, stable and even.
Continuously flowing materials
During the entire pouring process, the raw materials that did not leave the silo or did not enter the pouring pipe after leaving the silo. The excessive amount of material used in the hoist results in a decrease in transportation rate and blockage of the base.
Due to material reasons:
1) Improper movement speed of the silo or inconsistency with the feeding method, such as excessive speed during filtering and feeding. Pouring the material too early, the reflective surface enters the base; When pouring with force, the speed is too slow and the material is poured too late, causing it to fall into the base;
The appearance of the shell or the method of pouring does not match;
3) Blockage of feed inlet;
Fourthly, the interval between the buckets is not appropriate;
5) The gap between the pouring partition and the reciprocating bucket of the elevator is relatively large, and the pouring partition is severely damaged. During the pouring process, some parts return to the elevator for reciprocating.
Solution:
1) Adjust the speed ratio of the hoist and disassemble and replace the bucket;
2) Disassemble and replace the engine casing;
The inlet and outlet are unobstructed;
Adjust the fighting interval again;
Adjust the height to width ratio of the pouring partition or replace it.
Drive belt direction deviation
Reason for deviation in direction:
1) There is no horizontal line for the management of the top or bottom wheel;
2) The connection head of the drive belt is skewed;
Thirdly, the degree of damage on both sides of the transmission belt varies throughout the entire operation, resulting in tightness and looseness on both sides;
4) Uneven damage to the rubber cover of the head wheel;
The mortise and tenon of the head shaft does not have a horizontal line;
6) The front and rear wheels are no longer in a straight line.
Solution:
1) Re calibrate the flatness of the scraper and adjust the management of the front and rear wheels;
The second is to reconnect the drive belt;
Thirdly, check the feeding method;
Fourthly, remove and replace the rubber cover of the head wheel;
Adjust the level of the head wheel and adjust the height of the seat bearing;
6) Calibrate the casing of the hoist again to determine if it is vertical, and then adjust the tail wheel.
Bucket elevator; Various common faults are inevitable during operation. However, if we master its principles, characteristics, and common faults. By finding a solution, common problems with bucket elevators can be solved, improving the utilization and productivity of mechanical equipment!
