The seven usage characteristics of star shaped unloader
The star shaped unloader adopts the working principle of steel plate welding structure with good blade quality, compact blade, rigid connection structure of transmission shaft, and energy-saving. The electric ash removal valve (star shaped unloader) is made up of a motor and a gear difference planetary reducer (X) or a needle type cycloidal reducer (Z). It consists of three parts: a rotary dragon unloader. There are two series of electric ash discharge valves with 60 specifications.
1. Unloader, also known as unloader, rotary feeder and airlock valve. Usually, the structure of a unloader consists of a rotor impeller, a housing, seals, a reducer, and a motor with several blades.
2. When the materials in the feeding bin fall by their own weight and fill the gaps between the blades, they will be discharged from the feeding bin as the blades rotate. Therefore, the unloader can discharge continuously and quantitatively.
3. Unloaders are typically used in pneumatic output systems. For pressure output systems or negative pressure output systems, the unloader can uniformly and continuously enter the conveying pipe, making the gas and solid in the pneumatic output pipe relatively stable, and enabling the pneumatic conveying to work normally. At the same time, the upper and lower pressure zones of the unloader can lock the gas. Therefore, the unloader is an important component commonly used in pneumatic conveying systems.
4. The unloader can serve as a material collection system for warehouses. Unloader is currently one of the unloading devices in China, commonly used as an important equipment in dust removal systems. Especially suitable for industrial projects such as environmental protection, metallurgy, chemical industry, grain, cement, road construction, drying equipment, etc.
5、 The upper and lower flange ports of the unloader are generally square or circular, and can also be selected by the user.
6、 The characteristic of the damaged enclosed rotor impeller unloader is that the rotor blade end is lined with a polytetrafluoroethylene sealing strip, and the blade end has good contact with the inner wall of the shell. After wear, the blade end can be easily adjusted to maintain good contact with the shell and has good air lock performance.
The temperature of the conveyed material can reach 280 ℃, and the bearings at both ends are isolated from the impeller to prevent powder from contacting the bearings.
