Detailed Introduction
The spiral sand water separator consists of a shaftless spiral, a lining strip, and a U-shaped groove, as well as a water tank, a guide plate, an outlet weir, and a driving device.
The sand water mixture is input into the water tank from the top of one end of the separator. If the weight of the mixture is large, such as sand particles, it will settle at the bottom of the tank. Under the spiral push, the sand particles ascend along the bottom of the inclined groove and continue to move a certain distance after leaving the liquid level. After all the sand particles are dehydrated, they are discharged into the sand bucket through the sand discharge port. The water separated from the sand water is discharged from the overflow port and sent to the factory inlet water tank.
Features:
The sand water separator is suitable for the sedimentation tank of sewage treatment plants, and is used to separate the sand water mixture discharged from the sedimentation tank.
1. Separable particle size of 90%~90% ≥ 0.2mm;
2. Shaftless spiral, waterless bearing, easy maintenance;
3. Compact structure and light weight;
4. The key product of the new transmission device, the reducer, is an excellent shaft mounted type without coupling, which is easy to install;
5. Quick installation and easy replacement of lining strips;
6. Adjustable spiral axial position, convenient for adjusting the position and clearance between the tail and the box wall.
