The main reason for this malfunction is caused by the misalignment of the front and rear shafts of the coupling. The position of the motor and reducer should be adjusted in a timely manner to ensure that the motor shaft and reducer shaft are concentric.
2. Abnormal noise from the head and bottom wheels: When the head and bottom wheels are working normally, the noise is very small. When abnormal noise occurs, it is caused by poor sealing or lubrication, which leads to bearing damage and is emitted by the bearing seat. Carefully inspect the condition of the head and bottom wheel bearings. If the bearings are damaged, they should be replaced in a timely manner.
3. Abnormal noise inside the barrel: The main cause of abnormal noise inside the barrel is the detachment, damage, or looseness of the hopper. If this situation occurs, immediately stop the vehicle, carefully inspect and repair any loose, damaged or detached hoppers. In daily work, the bucket elevator conducts a comprehensive inspection of the hopper every 500 hours to ensure its integrity and secure connection with the hopper belt, in order to ensure the stability of the hopper operation. At the same time, a fence can be installed at the discharge port of the bucket elevator to prevent damage to other equipment caused by the hopper falling off.
