Dust humidification mixer is widely used in various working conditions

There are two types of dust humidifiers: single axis and double axis. The dust humidifier rotates smoothly and has low noise. The horizontal dust humidifier is discharged from the bottom of the unloader with a reasonable structure. The surface of each joint of the dust humidification mixer is tightly sealed and runs smoothly. The horizontal dust humidifier is equipped with a humidification spray system, which sprays water evenly and adjusts the water supply to meet the needs.

Working principle of dust humidification mixer:

When the dust humidification mixer is working, a certain amount of raw material powder flows into the mixing tank from the discharge port, and is atomized and sprayed into the raw material powder through multiple pressure water (20kp). After the qualitative long axis mixing is uniform, loose ball cores of different sizes are formed, and the entire mixing time of the mixer is divided into atomization zone, mixing zone, and discharge zone. In this way, the material powder is transferred to the next process after completing its work under moist and loose conditions.

The main features of dust humidification mixer are:

1. The shaft seal adopts a combination of multi slot labyrinth and packing seal, and the shaft wear is relatively light.

2. Large output (can stir and humidify 200t per hour), uniform humidification, and even operation.

3. The atomizing nozzle and adjustable water supply system can uniformly humidify materials.

4. The stirring rod is made of iron-based alloy or composite ceramic, with a long service life.

5. The inner lining of the shell is made of iron-based alloy to avoid material self flow caused by excessive clearance after wear.

6. The layout of this machine is flexible, with two forms: chain transmission and direct connection. The transmission mechanism adopts a cycloidal reducer.

7. Adding a vibration system overcomes the problem of sticky dust easily forming cylinder wall adhesion, improves the adaptability of humidifiers, and expands the application range of humidifiers. The shell and base are connected elastically, so that vibration has no effect on the whole machine

Requirements for the use of dust humidification mixer:

1. Before starting, carefully check all parts, whether the fasteners are tightened, and whether the seals are tight.

2. Inject the 30th or 40th mechanical oil into the reducer, and users can also choose the appropriate lubricating oil according to local conditions before it can work normally.

3. Before feeding, water supply, and shutdown, the dust humidifier should stop feeding after normal start-up and operation, and stop feeding after the materials are unloaded in standby mode.

If the motor load suddenly increases or decreases and the mechanical system shows abnormalities, immediately stop the machine for inspection and troubleshooting. After troubleshooting, continue production.
