3. Working Principle

• Material falls from the upper hopper, opening the upper flap by its own weight;

• After material discharge, the counterweight drives the lever to reset the flap automatically for sealing;

• For double‑layer valves, upper and lower flaps alternate operation, keeping one seal closed at all times to prevent air infiltration, stabilize system negative pressure and reduce dust emission.
