Product Overview
Scraper conveyor is a fully enclosed chain-type conveying machine. The scraper chain circulates inside the trough to push powder, granular and lump dry materials. Widely used in dust removal, power plant, metallurgy, construction, chemical, grain and desulfurization industries. Main models: FU horizontal scraper, MS en-masse scraper, MC vertical en-masse scraper, available for horizontal or small inclined conveying.Main components: drive head unit, intermediate trough, scraper chain, tail tensioning device, inlet & outlet, support frame.
Working Principle
Motor and speed reducer drive head sprocket to rotate, driving closed scraper chain circulating in the trough. Materials are continuously pushed by scrapers from feeding port to discharging port. Fully sealed shell avoids dust leakage during transportation.
