2. Main Structure

1. Valve Body

   Made of carbon steel or stainless steel by welding or casting. Various square and round nominal diameters are available. The valve body features high rigidity and smooth flow passage without material accumulation dead corners.
2. Gate Plate

   Adopts wear-resistant stainless steel with surface hardening treatment for excellent anti-abrasion and impact resistance. Two types (closed type and through type) are available for different working conditions.
3. Pneumatic Actuator

   Equipped with standard pneumatic cylinder (single-acting / double-acting). Matched with solenoid valve and limit switches, it supports local and remote control, and can be connected to PLC automatic control system.
4. Sealing Assembly

   Fitted with wear-resistant rubber or PTFE sealing strips. Three-side or four-side sealing design effectively prevents material leakage and air infiltration, suitable for dry and wet powder materials.
5. Guide Mechanism

   Built-in high-molecular wear-resistant guide rail reduces friction, preventing gate plate deviation and jamming for stable operation and long service life.

3. Working Principle

• Valve Opening: The solenoid valve reverses the air path, the cylinder retracts and pulls the gate plate out of the passage. The pipeline is fully open for normal material conveying.

• Valve Closing: The air circuit reverses, the cylinder extends and pushes the gate plate into the flow passage to cut off material flow. The sealing structure realizes air locking and leakage prevention.

• Equipped with limit switches to feed back valve status in real time for automatic interlock control.
