1. Product Overview
The 6309 type double-shaft dust humidifying mixer is a dedicated horizontal environmental protection device with twin shafts running in reverse synchronization. It combines dust humidification, forced stirring and sealed conveying into one unit, which effectively solves the secondary dust pollution during the transportation of dry ash and powdery materials. It is widely applied to dust-free treatment in power plants, steel mills, chemical plants, metallurgical works, building materials and other industries.
2. Main Structure
Machine Casing: Horizontal sealed trough structure. Materials are fed and water is sprayed at the top, while finished materials are discharged from the bottom. The fully enclosed design prevents ash leakage.
Dual Stirring Shafts: Two parallel shafts are equipped with high-wear-resistance manganese steel or alloy blades. The blades are detachable and replaceable for long service life.
Transmission System: Composed of motor, hard-tooth surface reducer and synchronous gears. It drives the two shafts to rotate reversely and synchronously, featuring stable operation and low noise.
Spraying System: Multiple sets of atomizing nozzles are installed on the top, matched with water flow regulating valves and filters to ensure even water supply. The material moisture content is controlled within 15%–25%.
Sealing Assembly: Combined labyrinth and packing double sealing at shaft ends to prevent ash and water leakage.
Lubrication System: Equipped with a centralized hand oil pump for regular bearing lubrication, enabling easy maintenance.
3. Working Principle
Dry dust is evenly delivered into the sealed chamber via an air-locking feeder. The twin shafts rotate reversely and synchronously, driving spiral blades to collide, shear and break up dust. The top atomizing nozzles spray quantitative water according to material throughput, allowing full adsorption and mixing between water mist and dust. While stirring, the blades push wet ash (moisture content: 15%–25%) towards the discharge port. The whole process is fully enclosed without dust emission, and the discharged materials stay loose without caking.
