Unloader Product Introduction
1. Product Overview
The mainstream type of unloader is star-type unloader (rotary airlock feeder). It is a special matching device for dust removal equipment, silos and screw conveyors, integrating air locking, quantitative feeding and continuous discharging.
It features compact overall structure, good sealing performance and stable operation. It is suitable for conveying powder, granular and small lump dry materials. Widely used in environmental protection dust removal, chemical industry, building materials, grain, feed, pharmaceutical and other industries. It is applied to quantitative feeding and sealed discharging at dust collector hoppers, silo bottoms and the end of conveying equipment.
2. Working Principle
The motor matched with a reducer drives the rotor impeller to rotate at a constant speed. Materials fall into the divided cavities of the impeller from the upper feed inlet, and are transferred to the lower discharge outlet to discharge automatically with the rotation of the impeller.
By virtue of the precise fit clearance between the impeller and the casing, it realizes negative pressure air locking and prevents air leakage and air channeling. It completes continuous, uniform and quantitative material discharging while isolating air flow.
3. Structural Composition
It is mainly composed of motor, reducer, casing, rotor impeller, end cover, flange, bearing housing, bearing, shaft end seal, feed inlet, discharge outlet and sealing gasket. It is easy to disassemble, install and maintain, with excellent dust-proof and sealing effect.

5. Common Faults
Common faults include no discharging, low discharge capacity, equipment jamming, motor overload and tripping, casing scraping and abnormal noise, air leakage and air channeling, flange dust leakage, bearing overheating and abnormal noise, oil leakage, uneven discharging, material accumulation on impeller, material agglomeration, impeller deformation and seal aging.
6. Maintenance Points
Regularly remove impurities and clear blockages, replenish grease periodically, correct coaxiality, replace seals and gaskets, control material moisture, and set reasonable rotating speed.
