Common Faults
Belt deviation: Misaligned pulleys/idlers, uneven tension or eccentric feeding. Adjust frame and rollers, feed materials evenly.
Belt slipping: Insufficient tension or dirty/worn pulley. Adjust tension device, clean pulley surface or apply lagging.
Belt tearing & abrasion: Sharp foreign matters or lack of protection. Remove impurities, install guards, repair or replace belt.
Abnormal noise & vibration: Damaged idler bearings or loose fasteners. Replace bearings and tighten all bolts.
