Material particle size: The material particle size determines the diameter of the small helix. For bulk materials, when the materials are not sorted, D≥(8~10)d, Where d is the average block size of the material (mm); When sorting materials, D ≥ (4-6) dK, which is a large block of material.
Material wear: Choose the appropriate filling factor based on the degree of material wear. ψ. Materials with almost no wear and tear (such as flour and grains) have a diameter of 0.45; Take out materials with small wear and tear (such as sand and cement) with a diameter of 0.33; Materials with significant wear and tear (such as slag) have a PSI of 0.15.

The inclined (vertical) screw conveyor is suitable for short distance vertical conveying, with small conveying capacity, high speed, and high energy consumption.
Environmental temperature: The temperature may require special materials or insulation measures.
Limited space: The size and type of conveyor may be limited by the size and shape of the installation space.

Maintenance and operation: Considering the difficulty and complexity of conveyor maintenance and operation, choose models that are easy to maintain and operate.
