Working principle of electric louver valve

By driving the output torque of the device, the valve shaft is transmitted to each valve shaft through the connecting rod mechanism. The rotation of the valve shaft rotates the louver, thereby changing the cross-sectional area inside the pipeline and achieving the purpose of regulating the medium flow rate or cutting off the medium. The adjustment angle range is 0-90 °, suitable for situations with large diameters, large flow rates, and low pressure differentials.

The structure of an electric shutter valve mainly includes a valve body, a shutter plate, a valve shaft, a connecting rod mechanism, and a driving device. The valve body is a welded structure, and the louver plate is composed of several blades that rotate along a shaft, with the shaft end sealed with flexible graphite.

Application industry: Electric louver valves are widely used in ventilation and environmental engineering in industries such as metallurgy, building materials, chemical engineering, power plants, and glass, especially in situations where automatic flow or pressure adjustment is required.

Technical parameters: The working temperature range of the electric louver valve is -30 ℃ to 250 ℃, the medium flow rate is ≤ 25m/s, the common pressure is 0.05MPa, and the power supply voltage is 220V. It protects its stable operation and optimal performance under different working conditions.
