DTII Belt Conveyor

The working principle of DTII belt conveyor is mainly to connect the conveyor belt (or steel wire rope core tape) into a closed ring, tension it with a tensioning device, and then rely on the friction between the conveyor belt and the driving drum (or driving wheel) to continuously operate under the drive of the motor, thereby achieving the purpose of transporting goods from the loading end to the unloading end. This conveyor is suitable for transporting various bulk materials and finished items, with a loose density of 500~2500kg/m3. DTII type belt conveyor is a universal series product, which can use cotton canvas, nylon, polyester canvas, and steel wire rope core conveyor belts as traction components to achieve continuous conveying. The conveying distance of DTII type belt conveyor can reach 2-1000 meters, and it is widely used in various industrial industries.
