The TD bucket elevator is mainly a vertical conveying mechanical equipment driven by a belt to transport materials from a hopper. The commonly sold models are TD100, TD160, TD250, TD315, TD400, TD500. In addition to selling the entire set of equipment, the hopper and belt on the bucket elevator can also be sold separately. Reasons and solutions for belt deviation of TD bucket elevator:
1. During the installation process of the hoist, the vertical deviation of the centerline of the drum is too large, and it is necessary to adjust the connecting flange of the drum and correct the verticality;
2. The horizontal deviation of the active wheel axle is too large, and the bearing cushion is neat;
3. The main and driven wheels are not on the vertical projection plane, and the lower bearing seat can be changed to an outward extending bearing seat, which is very convenient for axial or radial movement and easy to install and adjust;
4. Bend the belt, replace the belt or break the severely bent part, recalibrate the direct head;
5. The head wheel is a straight cylinder type, and there may be deviations when the material feeding is uneven. The head is rotated into a drum shaped structure, and a material baffle is added at the feeding port;
6. Add deviation and stall monitoring devices, collect equipment operation information in a timely manner, and check and adjust in a timely manner.
